Terms for Vendors These terms apply to service providers, automation experts, developers, or marketing agencies ("Vendor," "you") using AI Sales Engine to deliver services or build automation solutions for clients. 1. Vendor Onboarding All vendors must apply and be approved. You must provide accurate business information and agree to periodic audits. Your services must align with AI Sales Engine's automation standards. 2. Intellectual Property You retain rights to original scripts or tools, but grant AI Sales Engine a license to use, integrate, and adapt them for platform-wide improvements. AI Sales Engine retains ownership of its platform, brand, and internal AI engine. 3. Vendor Responsibilities Maintain quality and uptime of any tools or solutions offered to clients through our platform. Provide support to users assigned to you or that use your automation tools. Do not promote or redirect users to external, competing platforms. 4. Revenue Sharing & Payments Vendors may earn commission or revenue share as agreed upon in writing. Payouts occur monthly and require submission of valid tax documents (where applicable). We reserve the right to withhold payment in cases of dispute, violation, or fraudulent activity. 5. Platform Access and API Use Access to our API is limited to approved use cases. Any misuse, abuse, or excessive load may result in suspension or permanent ban. AI Sales Engine reserves the right to modify API access terms without notice. 6. Vendor Code of Conduct Vendors must: Use professional language in communications. Respect user data privacy. Avoid false claims about results or capabilities. 7. Dispute Resolution Disputes between vendors and users must be reported to AI Sales Engine support. We will mediate in good faith, but reserve final authority to resolve issues. 8. Suspension & Termination We reserve the right to: Suspend or remove vendors who violate policies or damage platform integrity. Audit vendor services periodically to ensure compliance with AI Sales Engine standards. General Provisions (Applicable to Users and Vendors) Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Modifications We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
