As the first Agentic AI Automation Agency in Nigeria, we believe you have full control over your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal and business data from our platform. 🔍 What Is Data Deletion? Data deletion means permanently removing all personal, business, or customer-related information you’ve provided to us or generated while using our services, including: Your user/vendor profile data WhatsApp numbers and integrated accounts Uploaded customer contact lists Campaign messages and templates AI-generated workflows or automations Analytics and interaction history Billing and transactional records (excluding legally retained invoices) 🧾 Who Can Request Data Deletion? We accept data deletion requests from: Registered Users of the AI Sales Engine platform Vendors or Service Providers using our automation tools Legal representatives with verified authority (in special cases) 📨 How to Request Data Deletion To request data deletion: Option 1: Email Send an email to: privacy@aisalesengine.com Subject: Data Deletion Request Include: Your full name Registered email address Phone number (used in the account) Business or vendor name (if applicable) Reason for deletion (optional) Option 2: In-App Request (Coming Soon) Visit your dashboard Go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data ⏳ What Happens After You Request Deletion? Once we receive your request: Verification – We will verify your identity and account ownership. Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Processing – Deletion will be completed within 7 business days. Notification – You will be notified when the deletion is complete. ❗Important Notes Data deletion is irreversible. Once processed, we cannot recover your campaigns, contacts, or analytics. We may retain some data for legal or regulatory obligations (e.g., invoicing or tax compliance). If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before initiating deletion.
