Messaging Policy & Compliance ● All WhatsApp automations must comply with Meta’s Business Messaging Policy. ● No spam, cold outreach, or message blasting to users without prior consent. ● Violations may lead to temporary suspension or permanent deactivation without refund. ● AI Sales Engine is not responsible for message restrictions imposed by Meta. Termination & Suspension ● You may cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard. ● Wyze AI may terminate service for unpaid invoices, misuse, or non-compliance. ● Upon termination, data can be exported within 14 days of notice. 12. Liability Disclaimer Wyze AI and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for: ● Business losses due to misuse, non-compliance, or third-party outages (e.g. Meta). ● Delays or interruptions caused by external services. ● Any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. 13.
