Account Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Send spam, unsolicited or misleading messages. Use the platform for harassment or illegal activity. Reverse engineer or tamper with any AI Sales Engine software. 5. Payment & Subscription Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Late payments may lead to account suspension. 6. Data Privacy & Security We respect your data privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy. Data collected is used to optimize your automation campaigns and improve platform services. We do not sell your data to third parties. 7. AI Content and Campaign Limitations AI-generated content is based on prompts and system training. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before sending. We do not guarantee lead conversion, though our tools are optimized for high performance. 8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate your account if: You breach these terms. You misuse the platform or harm other users/vendors. 9. Limitation of Liability AI Sales Engine will not be liable for: Loss of business opportunities or data due to user error. Third-party service interruptions (e.g., WhatsApp API). Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
